What you walk away with
Your team is overseas, and the customer values someone who can meet face to face.
Customer engagement brief
Key contacts, customer priorities, expectations and concerns, with agreed communication and follow-up arrangements.
Initial implementation plan
A starting plan showing milestones, dependencies, responsibilities and what needs to be in place before your team runs the launch.
Structured handover pack
Customer commitments, open decisions and next actions handed over to your existing team, with clear ownership.
Before we start
We agree the customer, location, scope and timing, including onsite days, social engagements and expense approvals.
Weeks 1 to 2: Understand and connect
Your Cherry consultant reviews the sales handover and meets key customer contacts. The first onsite day focuses on expectations, priorities and what needs to be ready.
Weeks 3 to 4: Prepare together
We develop the initial implementation plan with your existing team. The second onsite day helps clarify responsibilities, dependencies and launch preparations.
Weeks 5 to 6: Align and hand over
We incorporate agreed feedback and hand over the preparation pack, customer context and open actions. Your team takes ownership of running the launch and delivering the implementation.
Six weeks to build relationships and prepare your launch.
The timeline is indicative. We can agree a faster schedule depending on scope, availability and timely access to people and information.
Two onsite preparation days and up to two client dinners or social engagements are included across the engagement. Attendance and timing are agreed upfront. Travel, accommodation and hospitality expenses are separate and require prior approval. Additional support can be arranged by agreement.
