Cherry founder Gill Townsend has worked that gap from the inside. With more than 25 years leading delivery across financial services, NFPs, defence, SaaS and insurtech, in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Ireland and the UK, she kept seeing the same problem in every organisation.
